American Dakota Charms just met her Asian exchange student Chanel Yeoung and gives a tour around her room. Chanel doesn't speak or understand English very well so Dakota tries to be as clear as she can while showing off her cute teddy bears and pillows. Chanel notice a bucket with all kinds of duct tape on Dakota's bed and curiously tries to ask Dakota what the tape is for. Dakota reveals she has a huge duct tape fetish and that she love tying up herself and others with tape. Dakota isn't sure if Chanel understands what she's saying so she decides to show Chanel what she's talking about instead of just chatting. Chanel is having a great time, smiling and laughing as Dakota tapes her hands behind her back. Dakota is constantly talking to Chanel about how good sticky duct tape is for tying up people while she uses all different kinds and colors to restrain her cute exchange student.
